Kurt Sabel
Kurt has been active in Phoenix-area real estate for over 30 years and hopes Pivotal Real Estate Solutions can continue to serve clients for years to come.
He began his career in the mid-90s in new home sales, spending more than 14 years with a developer marketing everything from townhomes to semi-custom homes. During that time, Kurt gained valuable firsthand knowledge of construction and building practices—expertise that continues to help him educate and guide clients today.
Over the years, he has worked with a wide range of clients, from investors pursuing fix-and-flip or buy-and-hold opportunities to traditional buyers and sellers navigating the market. His deep understanding of market trends and client needs allows him to provide tailored, informed guidance in every transaction.
A Gilbert resident for more than three decades, Kurt has seen the community grow and change and has been an active participant in its development. He has volunteered with the Higley Unified School District, the Boy Scouts of America, multiple homeowners’ associations, and HD South, home of the Gilbert Historical Museum.
Kurt, his wife Chris, and their son Ryan are all proud Arizona State University alumni (Go Devils!). Their youngest son, Maxwell, recently graduated from the University of Arizona and is currently serving in the Army National Guard. When not working with clients or enjoying Sun Devil sports, Kurt can be found riding with his local cycling club the Buzzard Bait Cyclists.
